They snatched me from the street. They crushed me into a metal cage with ten other dogs. They hurled hundreds of these cages, all filled with petrified dogs, on to a big truck. We drove in the dead of night towards the border.

It hurt being in the metal cage with other dogs. Where were these people taking me? Why were there so many of us? I could hear the younger dogs crying with fear as we travelled through the night, the older dogs unable to cope with the stress and heat during the day.

Many died as we drove towards the border � with what lay ahead for us at the time, they were the lucky ones. When the truck was suddenly pulled over and we were rescued thanks to people like you, I was still scared.

Considering what has happened to me, I am very friendly and sweet. I love tummy rubs and like to stay away from all the energetic dogs. I am calm and laid back and I wait for you to approach me.

I do however long for a home of my own and am hoping that YOU could be the one that gives me that. Please say you can do it. Please ADOPT me.
