Neutering Aid For 1 Dog In Kemuning (Chang Yu Li�s)

Good day Dr Chan,

Shorty is a female stray nearby Kemuning Utama light industry area. I have been feeding her ever since her last litter of puppies. Story starts when there was one day I driving pass that area and saw shorty with one of her puppy crossing the busy road. Without hesitation, I stopped my car and rescue the puppy, but couldn’t get shorty as she ran away from me when I try to catch her puppy. The puppy has been rehome to a good family (his name is Miso), so now I decided to catch shorty and spay her. After the spaying surgery, she is currently recovering from the surgery and is resting at a free fosterer place, until she is fit to be released back to her colony. By doing so, my aim is to lessen her burden and stress of breeding puppies in the future. Hence, I wish to apply for shorty subsidy on the spaying cost. Attached below is the collage pictures of shorty “before & after” surgery.
