Here�s good news for steak lovers who want to do their bit for the animals and environment by eating more plant-based meals (or adopting a vegetarian diet). Scientists have developed a realistic veggie steak from legumes!

Hopefully we�ll be able to enjoy these on Meatless Mondays (or any day) soon!



According to researchers at Wageningen University on the Netherlands the substance has a fibrous texture that resembles steak more closely than other meat substitutes.
