SPCA’S FOSTER CARE PROGRAM – TIARA

The SPCA rescued Tiara who was found huddled on the edge of a pavement along a busy road in Bishan. Merely a month old, the fragile kitten was in urgent need of a fosterer to nurture her to strength. Narisha, a veteran foster parent who has helped us foster many young kittens before, took Tiara under her care.

This tortoiseshell beauty settled in very well at Narisha�s home and it wasn�t long before she won everyone over. Narisha also went the extra mile to find a home for Tiara, who was eventually adopted by Mr.Suraidi. The SPCA thanks Narisha, and Mr.Suraidi and his family for opening their hearts to Tiara.
