Dear kah yein,

 

Fa-Fa has been spayed in at the vet on Friday. I found her in front of the clinic so I immediately catch her and bring her to see vet for pregnancy checking. Result show negative. I would like to apply for her spaying aid.

Files attached are the “before & after” photo in single collage as per requested.

Fa-Fa surgery wound is quite small, and not so clear, so I do another piece of photo collage focus on her surgery part.
I do send a single photo of her surgery part, it is clear for your to see.

here, I would like to apply for subsidy for neutering for a community cat, Chi-Chi, which I always feeding.

Chi-Chi was born in March or April 2015.
He is about 7 months old for neutering surgery.
