Dear Dr. Chan,

Tiny was a rescued cat.  I rescued him from a hawker centre at Cyberjaya.

His eyes was injured and had infection so I took him for treatment.

I put his profile for adoption but until today still nobody adopting him.

I send him for neutering last week.  Therefore, I hereby would like to apply the neutering subsidy for him.
