Dear Dr Chan Kah Yein,
About five months ago, my mother found a female kitten in front of our house. It was alone and very hungry at that time plus it is very skinny. So she save the kitten and luckily it could survive. I advice her to neuter it so that it wont breed. Therefore, a week ago she went to the vet clinic and neutered it.
The receipt was under my mothers name and I understand to give my mothers account number.
