THE MOMENT SHE KNEW SHE WAS SAFE

Kate is a survivor of Asia’s horrendous dog meat trade. Destined to be skinned alive for a dinner plate in Vietnam, instead she was saved thanks to people like you joining the fight against this evil trade.

Beautiful Kate left our shelter just recently when she was adopted by Sophia in Washington state in the U.S. – thank you Sophia!

Here is the moment where Kate showed that she knew she was safe.

Once in the car after being picked up at the airport by Sophia, Kate was released from her travel crate and immediately clambered into Sophia’s lap. In her own way, she was saying, “take me home”.

Kate is one of the lucky ones but sadly, over one thousand more just like her still have nowhere to call home. Will YOU please adopt a dog meat trade survivor?

These innocent dogs have been through so much. Please help them recover by giving them a home of their own, where they are safe and loved.

Please EMAIL cristy@soidog.org to find out more about adopting a survivor of the Asian dog meat trade.
