I WAS BATTERED AND BRUISED WHEN THEY FOUND ME

I am a boy called Barnum. I was in unbearable agony when I was found. Having been attacked by another cat, I was covered in bite wounds and was struggling to use one of my back legs.

My face and legs bore wounds which had become very badly infected. Left untreated for so long, I was at serious risk of septicaemia and a slow and painful death. I am only 2 years old.

The vets here at the Soi Dog shelter have also said I am emaciated and weak, with a bad eye infection. It’s true – I have already been through a lot of suffering in my short life to date.

I am hopeful I will be okay though. I am what they call one of the lucky ones. You see, there are some special people all over the world – people just like you – who have joined Soi Dog’s Care for Cats Club. This means that their donations are used to fund life-saving medical treatment for cats like me.

Soi Dog is now being asked to rescue more and more cats and kittens. It’s true, there are a lot of us here. The Care for Cats Club urgently needs more members if we are all to be helped. Will you please join?

Your membership will mean that more sick and injured cats like me can be rescued, treated, and re-homed, as well as more cats being spayed and neutered, preventing unwanted kittens from being born into a life of misery.

If YOU love cats, this is your chance to save the suffering cats and kittens of Thailand. Please join the Care for Cats Club now. You are the only hope we have.

Join the Care for Cats Club and your donation will go towards feeding the hungry, treating the sick, spaying and neutering, and providing a safe place for those who have been mistreated.
