I am Loo Sook Yin, this is my 4th time applying for Neutering Subsidy, I attached here with the complete AnimalCare Neutering Subsidy form, receipt and photographs of the stray cat (Meow Meow) for your immediate attention.

About Meow Meow,

Meow Meow is a stray cat, It has been roaming around and living at the alley behind my house. She had given birth to kittens before, but some of them went missing and one kitten was hit by a car and did not survive. Months later I decided to send her to vet for the OHE surgery. She was admitted to animal hospital for four days and was discharged on Saturday (24/10/2015). After she was discharged, she will continue to live at the alley behind my house as that area is now her community.
