THEY NEARLY KILLED ME BY CHOPPING OFF MY TAIL

I am so tiny but I have already suffered so much. Somebody tried to dock my tail but left me with a horrendous wound. My name is Lorng.

Wandering the streets with nobody to care for me, the wound where once I had a tail quickly became seriously infected. My life was in grave danger. With the wound infested with maggots, I was at risk of septicaemia and a slow and painful death only weeks after being born.

People like you are vital to vulnerable animals like me. I was lucky enough to be found by an Animal Rescue Officer from Soi Dog but it is only thanks to Soi Dog supporters that I could be saved. Without these people, there would have been no other source of help for me.

I am safe now and being cared for by the vets here. The infection is clearing and I am no longer in pain. The ticks and fleas that covered my tiny body when I arrived here are also a thing of the past.
