While trees and saplings have yet to be planted, our new complex is nearing completion.
To be located in Sungei Tengah, the new shelter will feature improved facilities, as well as a greater holding capacity for animals compared to our present shelter.
What we need now is for kind donors to come forward and become our “rainmakers”, who can help us realise our goals of helping even more community animals in need.
Championed by the Gentle Warrior Mrs Ivy Singh-Lim, The “Last Sprint” is to raise the remaining S$1.7million needed to complete the project. We aim to focus on dedicated care and rehabilitation of the animals coming through our doors. So, work your magic, make a dash and join us on this “Last Sprint” to helping our animal friends!
You could make a donation via cheque – do write your Name, NRIC/FIN, and “The Last Sprint” on the back of the cheque, and make it payable to “SPCA” and mail it to “SPCA, 31 Mount Vernon Road, Singapore 368054”. Or, you could visit our portal at: http://www.spca.org.sg/helpus.asp.
(For all donations made in this year of SG50, you will receive a 300% tax exemption for the year of assessment 2016, as the SPCA is a registered Institute of Public Character (IPC).)
