Dear Dr. Chan,
This is the latest dumping case found at the nearby warung. I sent her for spaying yesterday. She will be released back to the warung after a few days. I would appreciate if you could approve the Animal Care neutering subsidy for this case. She’s on heat already and I’m glad I nipped her before any unwanted pregnancy. Enclosed are the pictures.
