Good afternoon Dr Chan
Sheni the mongrel I named her. She was rescued 2 mths ago after a man from Pandan Perdana requested help to save her from his office as the people there threaten to call council.
I had her at the boarding for 2 mths and spayed her today at the clinic.
Attached her pictures,  receipt and neutering form for your attention.
