WHAT A BAD START IN LIFE I HAVE HAD

I wish I could tell you what happened to my leg, but I am only a 6 month old kitten. I am a boy called Naret.

A kind lady turned up one day to open her restaurant business and found me lying in the doorway. One of my back legs was badly broken and a terrible infection had set in. I was whimpering in agony. The lady scooped me up and brought me inside to try to help me.

Shortly after, a customer walked in for some lunch. He was an ambulance driver on his break. His job is to help get humans to the hospital but the lady begged him to help me. The nice man could see I was in terrible pain and instead of having his lunch, he took me straight to the Soi Dog shelter.

Sadly, it was too late to save my leg. Nobody will ever know what happened to cause such a severe injury but Dr Eed had to amputate the leg to end my suffering. I have bounced back though! I am now no longer in pain and the surgical wound is really fast and well. Like so many before me, I have been saved by the members of the Care for Cats Club.

The Care for Cats Club is made up of cat lovers all around the world, who want to help the suffering cats of Thailand. Thanks to them, I’ve been given a second chance at life. Sadly, with Soi Dog being called on to treat more and more cats, the Care for Cats Club is now in desperate need of more members.

Will you please join today? Your membership will mean that more sick, injured, abused or abandoned cats and kittens can be saved, and more cats can be spayed and neutered, preventing unwanted kittens like me being born.

Without YOU, we really have no hope and it doesn’t take a lot to make a difference. Will you please click on my picture to join the Care for Cats Club today?

Join the Care for Cats Club and your donation will go towards feeding the hungry, treating the sick, spaying and neutering and providing a safe place for those who have been mistreated.
