Support from people like you means that thousands of dogs have been rescued from the dog meat trade. Dandy is just one of them.

Destined to be tortured then slaughtered for a dinner table in Vietnam, Dandy was saved and has now been adopted by Dave and Shara in Canada.

Here she is, finally safe in her forever home – thank you Dave and Shara!

We have made huge progress in ending the theft of Thai dogs for the dinner table in Vietnam but unfortunately, fighting the trade takes time and most of all, costs money.

Having come so far, we will not stop now, but we desperately need YOU to join us.

Established in 2003 in Phuket, Thailand, Soi Dog is Southeast Asia's largest organisation helping stray animals. The Gill Dalley sanctuary in Phuket is home to over 1,600 animals.
