AT 6 MONTHS OF AGE, HES HAD A LIFETIME OF SUFFERING
Baylin entered our lives after he was brought to our shelter by a man who feeds the stray dogs in his community. He had found Baylin one morning, cowering in fear and looking the picture of misery. He was suffering with horrendous skin problems and appeared to be struggling to use one of his legs.
At our shelter, this broken little boy was diagnosed with mange and severe anaemia and started on treatment. He also needed an x-ray on his leg but sadly, this is one of many facilities our tiny clinic lacks. Baylin had to endure another journey to a private vet practice, where he had his x-ray, and was then returned to our shelter.
The x-ray revealed that he had an old fracture, very possibly from being hit by a car at some point. The injury had never been treated and had healed itself, leaving Baylin with what may well be a permanent limp.
The dogs of Thailand deserve better but only YOU can change things. These animals need their own dedicated hospital, where the sick and injured can be treated and healed, with all the facilities they need on-site. Although construction is underway on this building, so much more help is needed.
Will you please sign up to become an Angel for Dogs today? Doing this means YOU will be contributing directly to the construction and maintenance of Thailands first ever dedicated hospital for street dogs. This facility if completed will save thousands of lives every year. Without it, dogs will sadly die.
People like you have already done so much for the street dogs of Thailand. Can you please be part of their hospital? It simply cant happen without you.
Please click on Baylins photograph to become an Angel for Dogs today. Thank you.
Soi Dogs vet clinic is far too small for the number of neglected, injured and abused dogs it cares for and dogs are suffering and dying as a result. Please donate about a dollar a day to help them.
