THE INVISIBLE DOG WHO SUFFERED SO LONG

I wasn�t able to tell them how long I�d been in pain or how unbearable that pain was. I am a boy called Caliban and my life has been lived on the streets � it�s not always easy.

I was found at the local bus station by an Animal Rescue Officer from Soi Dog. I had a terrible wound and bad swelling around my groin and it was obvious that I was in a great deal of pain.

Now that I am at the Soi Dog shelter, I have been started on the treatment I so desperately needed and, for the first time in a very long time, I am no longer in agony. I am also being treated for mild anaemia and diarrhoea and Dr Eugene is hopeful I will make a full recovery in time.

Please think for a moment how differently things would have ended for me were it not for people like you. The Soi Dog supporters who have funded my treatment have no doubt saved my life. Those supporters are called the Emergency Response Team.
