RESCUED FROM THE BARBARIC DOG MEAT TRADE� BUT WHERE TO NOW?

I narrowly escaped a horrible death of being skinned alive. My name is Ada and I want nothing more than to find my forever home.

Firstly, let me tell you what happened to me. They snatched me from the street. They crushed me into a metal cage with ten other dogs. They hurled hundreds of these cages, all filled with petrified dogs, on to a big truck. We drove in the dead of night towards the border.

I am a 7 year old girl and a bigger than normal sized dog. It hurt being in the metal cage with all the others. Where were these people taking me? Why were there so many of us?

I could hear the younger dogs crying with fear as we travelled through the night, the older dogs unable to cope with the stress and heat during the day. Many died as we drove towards the border � with what lay ahead for us, they were the lucky ones.

When the truck was suddenly pulled over and we were rescued thanks to people like you, I was still scared. I didn�t know who to trust anymore. Now I am getting back to my old self and I am a lovely, friendly girl.

However, I do long for the day when I am adopted. I see many dogs leaving on the Soi Dog truck to their new homes and I hope this will be me soon. I really do. Can you give me my forever home?
