Sorry for the delay, the post arrived faster than my email. I am applying subsidy for another female cat that I am fostering aged 8 months old. Kuro had neutering done as you mentioned on 11 September and now she is on day 4 post op.
Attached is Kuro’s picture on pre and post operative period. I sincerely hope you will consider yet my another application. Thanks a lot for granting me with the previous subsidy,
