End The Suffering For Dogs Like Trin

BECAUSE OF PEOPLE LIKE YOU, MIRACLES HAPPEN…

Almost one year ago, we received a call from a very distraught Thai man, who told us the story of a street dog called Trin. He had seen her suddenly run into the path of a speeding car, which, having no time to stop, ploughed into her.

Although the force of the impact meant Trin was seriously injured, she immediately fled the scene in terror. The man chased after her and saw her run into a deserted construction site, where she promptly disappeared.

Searching every inch of the site, the man eventually realised Trin had crawled into a large pipe. Crouching down in an attempt to get to her, he witnessed an incredible sight. Trin had gone into labour and was giving birth to five puppies.

After the distraught man called our shelter, Animal Rescue Officer Khun Jaroon raced to meet him as he stood guard by Trin and her babies.

On arrival at our shelter, it was obvious that Trin had sustained serious and irreparable damage to one of her legs and it had to be immediately amputated. Trin’s babies were hand-fed day and night until she had recovered sufficiently to take over.

Happily, Trin and her puppies all went on to find loving homes. Here’s a recent photo taken by adopter Jennifer of Trin chilling out in her new home in Canada.

Without people like you, it is a sad fact that Trin and her puppies would all have died in that concrete pipe. Instead, they have all been given a second chance at life.

Will you please click on Trin’s picture to help dogs like her today? YOU are the only hope these animals have. Without you, there is only a lifetime of suffering – please help us end it.
