SOMETIMES ENOUGH IS ENOUGH AND I’M JUST NOT SURE I CAN FIGHT…
I dont even remember what I was doing when the speeding car hit me. Life on the streets can be harsh, but I thought that after 3 years of such living, I was immune to the dangers. My name is Wood Horris and Ive been homeless all my life.
The car came out of nowhere and I never really stood a chance. By the time I heard it, it was too late and it had ploughed into me. I was never going to see it any way for you see, I am blind. Life has always been that bit more challenging for me and Im not sure I can fight anymore.
I am at the Soi Dog shelter now, where the vets are battling to help me. Although that car accident didnt cause any serious injuries, I have a lot of other health problems. I have a serious infection in my non-seeing eyes, I am weak and emaciated, and the vets say my kidneys are not doing too well.
I am only 3 years of age, but such is the life of a Thai street dog. Will YOU please help me? I have heard talk of a special group of Soi Dog supporters called the Emergency Response Team. This means that their monthly donations are spent on life-saving medical treatment for animals like me.
The vets here are determined to save me. Maybe with YOU on my side, things can change for me. Will you please join the Emergency Response Team to help me and so many others?
No amount is too small; every penny adds up to create miracles. Without you, there is simply no hope for any of us. There is nobody else to turn to. Please click on my picture and commit to helping us today.
Every day, Soi Dog Foundation picks up sick and injured stray animals that are in desperate need of medical treatment. With no government support, we urgently need YOUR help to save them.
