THANK YOU NPS INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL FOR YOUR ONGOING SUPPORT!

This Sunday, we would like to dedicate our volunteer appreciation post to NPS International School. NPS International School has been partnering with us for their Student Community Service Programme since 2013. Every Tuesday, NPS sends 10 students and a teacher to the ACRES Wildlife Rescue Centre (AWRC) to assist with all kinds of necessary hands-on work.

Besides encouraging their students to develop social responsibility by involving them in community work, NPS has also very kindly donated $5,000 to ACRES, which will greatly benefit the rescued animals in our care and our wildlife rescue efforts.

On behalf of all the animals and staff at ACRES, we would like to express our heartfelt appreciation to NPS International School for their contribution and for making a better world for animals! And we look forward to spending many more productive Tuesdays together!

ACRES (Animal Concerns Research & Education Society) is a pioneering Singapore-based charity and Institution of Public Character, founded by Singaporeans in 2001 with the aim of promoting animal welfare.

ACRES has six focus areas: Wildlife Rescue and Rehabilitation, Wildlife Crime Investigation, Zoo Animal Welfare, Humane Education, Community Outreach and Promoting Cruelty-Free Living.
