CAN WE SEND SOME SUNSHINE TO THE DOGS IN ROMANIA?

Marinela Piperea is a lady, 60 years of age and a retired nurse , living an isolated life on the outskirts of Harsova with 350+ dogs and 14 cats. She agreed to open a shelter for the Town’s stray dogs after being approached by the Mayor in 2010, as she was already running a small shelter in her garden and so Maoland was to be an extension of her existing shelter. Sadly the city’s support lasted only a few months and then she was left alone with around 400 dogs to take care of.

Marinela is slowly reducing the number of dogs through adoption (dogs are spayed/neutered) but new dogs arrive too and they need our help.
