DESPERATELY INJURED, HOMELESS AND UNLOVED…

She is only about a year old, no doubt born on the streets to another unloved stray dog, never having known a home of her own. We first met Blue Marvel after a kind gentleman found her wandering around a local market one night with a horrendously injured back leg.

Asking around everyone in the area, he could not find anyone who owned this seriously wounded dog or who knew where she had come from. In desperation, he took Blue Marvel to stay at his house that night, where he cleaned out her wound as best he could. The following morning, he called our shelter.

This is where people like YOU come in. Without your support, we would have been powerless to help Blue Marvel. Instead, because of donations from people like you, this kind gentleman was able to deliver her to our shelter and into the caring arms of Dr Eugene.

The wound on Blue Marvel�s leg was very seriously infected, infested with maggots, and had the tarsals and metatarsals exposed. It was too late to save her leg, which had to be removed in order to end her suffering.

Blue Marvel is slowly recovering from her surgery now, and learning to live a pain-free life. None of this would have been possible without people like you. With no owners to care for them or take them to a vet, the sick and injured stray animals have Thailand have only one hope – you.
