Saved From Slaughter. Please Give Lilac A Home.

Rescued from the barbaric dog meat trade but where to now?

I am a girl called Lilac, 4 years and 8 months old. If YOU can adopt me, a kind sponsor has donated funds towards my flight costs. Please EMAIL all questions to alex@soidog.org

Please let me tell you my story. I have been through an absolutely horrific time. I was destined to be boiled alive for my meat, but managed to escape a slow and painful death.

Can you imagine being crammed into a cage so small and already full of dogs, to be transported on a truck with no shade and no water?

The conditions were horrible, but somehow some of us survived this brutal journey. I couldn’t even breathe properly there were so many of us in one cage. I could hear the sad cries of many dogs and I still hear them in my dreams. I will never forget this time.

I’m sorry to say a dog died in my cage – she just gave up the will to live and stopped breathing. I tried my best to be brave, I really did. I am very grateful to the kind people who stopped our truck with all the cages filled with dogs and let us out.

Thank you’- it is only because of people like you that Soi Dog could rescue me.

I am a sweet, friendly girl. I behave well with other dogs and would likely be suitable for many types of families. All I want is that one family to love and a bed of my own. Will you please give me a home?

I have been through a lot but I promise to be the best dog that I can be. Please adopt me.

Please EMAIL alex@soidog.org with all adoption enquiries.
