NATIVE WILDLIFE RESCUE ROUNDUP: 28 AUGUST 2015

1. Baby animals always look adorable! Grill (top right) is a tiny young cobra who was found resting in someones home. We thank the residents for calling us to move the snake away from there safely.

2. Slouch (bottom right) is a Sunda pangolin who was found resting on the metal beam of a sheltered car park. Slouch is now safe and back home in the wild!

3. Bitterness (left) is a bittern who was found stranded by the roadside and not flying. He was named Bitterness because he was very angry (from the stress), and our call logging system autocorrects bitterns to bitterness! Bitterness got some rest at night, and he was all good to fly away next morning!

Do remember to call the ACRES 24-hour Wildlife Rescue Hotline at 9783 7782 if you spot any wild animals in Singapore who may need some help.
