I have another side story from last night.
Peggy Tiong has been trying real hard to re-catch the Cool-Cat (she was caught previously, but found to be pregnant already. She has delivered now, and needs to be caught to be spayed again) and another very amorous and adventurous tomcat.
So, Peggy asked to borrow one of our traps last night.
I took the trap out to the garden and Cow followed me.
Then, he slept next to the trap as though guarding it.
After some 20 minutes or so, Cow came into my room to nudge at me. At that very same time, my doorbell rang and there was Peggy!
Cow followed me out, listened on while Peggy and I talked about the whole cat-catching plan.
Then Peggy left with the trap and Cow followed me back into the house.
You'd almost think he knows what is going on?
Maybe he doesn't know everything, but he knows he's got to do what he's got to do.
My life is never boring.....
Cow, big brother to everyone in the house. (BTW, his left ear got notched in an alley fight. The vet thought it would have to be amputated, but it healed very nicely into a nice "V")
When it was just Cow, Bunny and Pole, he's the one who would walk the whole length from the kitchen to the living room to nudge at us to tell us they are hungry. So, when he sprays like crazy nowadays, we'd just remember little Cow walking all the way out and how he looked after Bunny and Pole, and the spraying will be forgiven!
