Lucy was found on the street by a man who brought her to the Soi Dog shelter. She was just a few months old and absolutely terrified.

Lucy has been frightened of people her entire life, but we don’t know why. It is probably as a result of terrible trauma or abuse when she was very young – something she has sadly never forgotten.

Despite concerted efforts to socialise Lucy, she still remains very fearful of people; she runs away if you try to approach her and retreats to her corner.

Lucy seems okay with most other dogs and is happy to lay with them on a sala if she’s in the mood.

A dog like Lucy will most likely spend her life here. She has been at our shelter for over 6 years and it is the only home she’s ever known. Will YOU please be a SPONSOR for her?
