My name is Fatimatuzzahara Zulkifley. I’m writing to you so that I can apply for neutering subsidy for Tutu, a roughly 10 months old stray female cat that has been under my care since 8 months ago. Tutu is just one of the stray cats that I’m looking after around my neighborhood.
I have sent her for neutering on 6th August 2015. I have also sent the bill with the form today and hopefully you will receive them by tomorrow.
My plan for Tutu after neutering is to continue fostering her as nobody is willing to adopt her so far. Attached are the pictures of her before and post operative. I sincerely hope you will consider my application.
