I Am Collie Will You Please SPONSOR Me?

I arrived at the Soi Dog shelter many years ago because I had been dumped by my owners and couldnt survive on my own. I suffer from epilepsy, which causes me to have things called seizures.

Because I am a collie cross, I may have suffered some neurological damage due to an inappropriate worming injection when I was little.

I am a very sweet-natured boy but I do need ongoing medical care. Will you please help by becoming my SPONSOR?
