Soi Dog co-founder Gill Dalley was out on duty with our Animal Rescue Officers when she met an amazing human being.

Gill was accompanied by a camera man, filming a short programme for the BBC. Very high up in the jungle, they came across a Thai lady feeding stray dogs.

Animal Rescue Officer Sanae stopped to talk to her as she is one of his contacts who reports dogs and cats in need of sterilisation, or those who require medical treatment.

Here is a short video of what transpired, courtesy of Ross Velton, the cameraman.

This kind-hearted lady treks up and down various parts of the mountain every day to feed over 20 dogs. She lives in poverty and spends what little money she has on looking after these animals.

Soi Dog Foundation is now providing the lady with dry dog food to supplement the fresh food she is feeding them. If you would like to help with this, please visit https://www.soidog.org/en/donate-today/

Please share this video. Thank you.
