I'm still able to spoonfeed Snowy with AD today. This morning a friend came to do reiki for him but only for 15mins because he kept moving around inside the cage. His breathing is very hard and fast with wheezing sometimes. And sometimes with a slightly open mouth. Though he's in this condition, he doesn't sleep at all. Every time I check on him, he's wide awake!
Snowy's vet is giving antibiotic, Vetri DMG and Vit B Complex...nothing else. I'm having high hopes on RetroMAD! His condition is very critical with lymphoma and pleural effusion of bloody fluid build-up in his lungs. The vet has no previous experience treating with chemo. Would appreciate if you could please check which vet can treat him with chemo and estimated cost for whole treatment? Can you also please ask your Subang panel vets if I can bring him over for a second opinion after taking the second X-ray on 1/9/11? I'll bring along both the X-ray films and the blood report.
As per requested, we will arrange for a second opinion for Snowy at our vet's next week. As far as I've learnt from our vets, chemotherapy and Prednisolone is the recommended treatment, as conveyed to Agnes earlier on.
