Mary (012-32382260) is at Old Klang Road right now, and needs urgent help for a dog stuck at the road divider in the midst of heavy traffic. The dog is scared but is trying to cross the road.  When approached, the dog barks and gets more scared.  There is no opening for the dog to get over to the other side.

Help required, please. Very urgent.

Please contact Mary directly if you can help.

Updates at 2.40pm - Mary managed to get two policemen to help stop traffic, but the dog didn't want to cross over to where it is safe.  I guess he's just too scared.  SPCA is now coming to the rescue.  Let's pray that the dog will be alright.  Worse come to worst, we hope the dog will just stay put at the divider where it is safe until traffic clears later.  It's so hard to rescue the dog as we cannot make it understand what we're trying to do and any attempt to approach it will only frighten it more.

Updates at 3.06pm - SPCA came but could not catch as well. It IS an arduous task, but finally, the dog managed to cross over safely - on its own, in its own time.

Phew!!

Kudos to Mary for seeing the dog through it all.

Thank you to all who offered helpful suggestions. Thank you, SPCA.

Last but not least, thank you to the dog's guardian angels who protected it from harm and danger.

Let's hope the dog won't attempt to cross the road again!
