Dr Chan, Firstly, my sincere apology for not replying your email promptly. Thank you very much for the subsidy of RM150.00 towards the cost of spaying Bella. Bella is now given for adoption to an Indian man who really loves dogs. After a week adoption I visited Bella again, and she was very very happy  living there. I shared her happiness very much. At last, she gets so much loves in life leaving behind stray dog life. Thank you again Dr Chan.
