We have subsidised RM150 for the spaying of Rosinah.

Hi Dr Chan,

Stray female dog found loitering infront of house which has just given birth.

We have been feeding strays, neutering and returning them.

We seek your help again in the subsidy for the vet fees to neuter the female dog.

This female stray, Rosinah, will be returned after neuter.
