Dear Ms Chan,
Two months ago, I met her on the street, she was so dirty and skinny, so I took her home to shower and feed her. I decided to send her for neutered, after she recover I will release her.
I hope to receive the neutering subsidy, attached please see the photo before and after operation.
Receipt# KS 1306 (SPCA) original copy (RM90) has been sent out by post today.
