What is the world coming to? And what would humans resort to next, all for the sake of raking in more money by victimising the weak and defenseless?

You know how it is that we are usually about 30 years behind the West in "catching up" with what they do (which isn't necessary, really, but that's the way of the world due to colonisation).

I can only hope that pet thefts will not develop into a crime here.
