Dear Dr Chan,
I’m writing to apply for neutering subsidy for a skinny female cat found in kl. She was having extreme diarehea & minor mange/fungus initially. Took her for treatments & she was eventually sent for spaying procedure last Friday.

Appreciate your consideration for the subsidy.
Will send the original receipt tomorrow & attached is the collage.
