Snowy is certainly improving. The moment he saw me, he stood up, mewed a few times and then lied down, very relaxed. He has been eating very well from yesterday. He was given the RetroMAD once yesterday evening.

The vet told me that another X-ray is necessary after Snowy is on the RetroMAD for a week as the fluid is likely to build up again. Before that, he will extract any fluid that is still remaining. He will continue to give the antibiotic and diuretic injections. He will not give steroids as it will suppress the immune system.
