The 4 year old boy we named Rusty arrived at our shelter with a shockingly large tumour taking over one entire side of his face. He was also suffering from severe anaemia and blood parasites.

The tumour on Rusty�s face was so large that he was struggling to eat. He was weak and emaciated and the despair in his eyes was heart-breaking. It was clear that this beautiful boy had simply given up on life.
