LIVE CRUELTY-FREE: DONT KEEP WILD ANIMALS AS PETS
Heres a recent British news article that outlines why wild animals (as well as some specially-bred domestic animals) do not make good pets, and how the trade in exotic pets harms animals.
In Singapore, thankfully it is illegal to keep most wild animals as pets. Unfortunately some individuals try to flout the law and trade in or keep wild animals as pets, and ACRES is working to wipe out this illicit trade and assist the authorities with their efforts to do the same.
One way that we can all lead a cruelty-free life is to not keep wild animals as pets. Please help spread the word!
