YOU’RE FEEDING SO MANY AMAZING ANIMALS

It’s next-to-impossible to convey all the ways that your support of our summer food drive is helping. Here’s just one example, of how your aid is helping in Zimbabwe.

Karen Paolillo of Turgwe Hippo Trust writes:

“I have a lady baboon called Tight Eyes sleeping outside right next to our bedroom tonight and actually last night. Normally they roost in trees. Tight eyes has been sick for a few months we do not know why. So I have de-wormed her and am feeding her up with anything we have here that she likes. She at 10pm has just eaten a whole papaya and some warm maize meal. She is now snoring in my small flower bed by the bedroom sitting on a piece of canvas I have put there. She is amazing as she is a dominant female her son is Hooligan and Budha but she is allowing me to put wound powder on a very bad sore on her tail and hand feed her. I know she knows I am trying to pull her through. Hold everything crossed she makes it.”

We’re all pulling for Tight Eyes and hoping that she will be feeling back to her old self soon.
