Only-One poo-ed twice today and it was FULL of dead worms. We're glad the dewormer is working now and Only-One has finally poo-ed. His abdomen is also not so bloated. He is eating well, fed regularly by Wei Leng and June.

The cat-mum seems happier in feeding Only-One now. Maybe she also feels better since she is on the IAMS kitten food that I bought yesterday.

We're glad everything is improving now.

I've also offered them one of my cages (just returned) should they require one.

Sometimes all it takes is to equip oneself with sufficient knowledge or to ask for help when one is in doubt. By doing so, Wei Leng and June have saved a life.

And never, never ever delay when you notice a kitten or young animal going down. Always bring the animal to the vet as soon as possible.

P.S. I discussed it with the vet and he said perhaps the problem was just caused by the worms. But worms CAN kill. Once we brought in someone's kitten (we noticed a totally emaciated kitten in her house when we went to collect her cats for spay-neuter). It was hookworms and it was already too late. The kitten passed away even though it was put on drips. Deworming can save lives, but we should not deworm young animals on our own because we won't know if the animal is fit enough to be dewormed yet. A vet would be the best person to consult on this.
