Yet another case reported to us about a dog that was left outside the compound without adequate shelter. Our officers have spoken to the owner, who says the house is under renovation. We have advised them to find a safe, sheltered area within the compound to relocate the dog, or get someone to care for the dog temporarily. We will monitor to see if any improvements made.
