MURPHY the Puppy
Murphy, a brown/tan cross-breed puppy, was brought to our shelter on 22 April 2015, shortly after being found at a park at Upper Seletar Reservoir, and without his mother nor siblings.
Merely about two months old then, and as our shelter was already full too, Murphy was up for his fostering phase, following our vets’ clearance.
We sought the kind help of our regular foster parent, Ms Rebecca Mo. Rebecca and her family have been commendable at nursing Murphy to good health and development, ensuring also that all his ticks and fleas were eliminated in the course of the ensuing weeks.
Murphy has spent about a month in Rebecca’s care and is doing well. He would be up for adoption at our shelter, once ready for his permanent home.
Fostering an animal can be a wonderful bonding experience for you and your family. The rewards are intangible, as you would be actually saving a life and making a difference. By helping to foster animals until space becomes available in our shelter and the animals become older and better able to cope with kennel life, you are helping us save more lives.

If you’re at least 18 years, and are ready to be a foster parent, come join us on our Foster Care programme! You would be nurturing a life in its most formative years of development.
