Dear Dr.chan ..these are 3 new cats which I have caught in Setapak. There are many cats here..most of them are dumped by irresponsible owners staying at this area. There are 6 blocks here..and I am trying to help these strays and would very much appreciate it if I can apply for the subsidy. Thank you.
