Spay-Neuter Subsidy For 2 Masked Heroes (Chung Yaw Hwa�s)

We have subsidised RM200 for the spaying of Masked Hero 1 and the neutering of her brother, Masked Hero 2. Actually, their names are Ding-Ding and Dong-Dong!

Hi Dr Chan

I would like to apply for subsidy for two cats neutering. Attach receipt and photo for your reference.

This two cat (one female & one male) (name them as ding ding & dong dong) have been at my backyard house for two to three month already. I have been feeding them since nobody care of it whereby some� people just throw them near the children play ground. I don�t mind feeding them but have to neuter the cat since they are getting older and soon it will be on heat.

Hope you will approve my subsidy.
