Spaying Subsidy For 2 Cats (Rina Razlan�s)

We have subsidised RM200 for the spaying of Blue Ponpon and Twinkle Eye.

Dear Ms./Mr.,

I would like to apply for neutering subsidy for my 2 adopted cats (I have total adopted 4 cats).

The procedure has been carried out for both cats yesterday on 21 Apr 2015 which cost RM130 for each cats and total up to RM260 for both.

Kindly assist me on how to apply for the subsidy.

Your kind attention and assistance is much highly appreciated.

Both are adopted cats from a shelter. One of the cats is disable cat with only one eye function. Named Poupon and Twinkle. Both are rescued by the fosterer. I will be taking care of both cats after neutered. They will be fully indoor cats.
