My name is Trin. Please ADOPT ME!

E-mail alex@soidog.org to adopt me.

I am 2 and a half years old and I have been through so much already. I lived on the streets, where I foraged for food. It was a hard life but I was surviving.

What made it harder still was the fact that I was pregnant. I was heavily pregnant when I was hit by a car. The pain and the terror I felt that day were overwhelming and I ran, I ran to find as safe a place as I could. I ended up on a disused construction site where I gave birth to my puppies all by myself. Sadly one of my babies died but I was thankful that 5 were alive. I wanted to look after them but I was scared and in pain.

I am one of the lucky ones. A kind man called Soi Dog and they came to rescue me. They took us to their shelter and they looked after us all. Sadly though, as if I had not been through enough already, they had to take away one of my legs. It was too badly damaged after I was hit by that car.

I am coping though. I have learned to walk again and now I live in a run with other dogs. Most of my babies have found new homes and I am so happy for them. I am glad they will not have to fight for survival like I did. Now that I know they are safe, I would really love to find a home of my own. I am still only a young girl and I hope that I do not have to stay at the shelter forever.

I am shy by nature and a little timid, but with kindness and patience I could become a lovely companion. I am good with people and have made some friends amongst the volunteers here.

Please find it in your heart to offer me a place in your family. It would mean so much to me.

Please e-mail alex@soidog.org to find out how.

Thank you.
